Information ! Generally people thinks that Information is just processed data which is to be used. But before using this information what procedure exactly is done , that nobody can explain perfectly.
Data: The collection of raw facts or elementary descriptions of things ,events,activities and transactions, that are captured,recorded,stored and classified, but not organized to convey any specific meaning.

For example: Bank balances or the number of hours employees worked in a pay period.

Information: Information is a collection of facts organized in some manner so that they are meaningful to user.

For example: Customer names with bank balance and employee wages with hours worked,we would have useful information

In other words, information comes from data that have been processed.

Note: According to the users requirement,the information may be data also.
